Last year we came to him to trade our jeep wrangler 2 door to 4 door and those times we still have remaining balance from previous so we were not yet capable for trade in. So we canceled our first transaction with him. It didnt stop after that, he consistently gave us updates regarding the jeep wranglers he gave us option and of course we were one of those clients that admittedly meticulous with paper works and process we had to go to bank bargaining for lower monthly payments till we have been approved by the bank and came back to Park chrsyler looking for him. We will say he is so patient and he has qualities that one a company would never want to lose. We have kept calling him and he answers our queries promptly. We can say he knows what a client wants!
