It is unfortunate that she has to be tagged in this review. I decided to trade in my car and purchase a Jeep. The sales manager quoted $11,000 for the trade-in. I told him it was worth more than that according to KBB trade-in value, about $4,000 more. He gave me some story about they're going to put it on the lot for $13.5 and if it doesn't sell in 15 days they will drop it to $12.5. Let me say that I fully understand the need for a dealership to make a profit and all the logistics behind it. However, when I looked up to see what they listed my car at and they started it at $16,000, that is complete xx. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
