blatantly lied to, vehicle sold out from under me I worked with Ray to get a deal put together on a used Traverse. Ray and I worked for about a month on the vehicle because it took me a little longer I worked with Ray to get a deal put together on a used Traverse. Ray and I worked for about a month on the vehicle because it took me a little longer to get my existing vehicle sold. Once i completed that, we agreed to terms and received approval from the manager, John. I work downtown so I immediately filled out the credit application to get paperwork started and agreed that i would come in that evening to finalize paperwork and take the car off the lot. About three hours later I received a text message that the vehicle was sold to another party. I was pissed. In 24 hrs I've talked to 4 other dealerships and each one agreed that you do not treat customers that way. Further, they all wondered why the dealership didn't ask for a deposit which i would have gladly provided had i known that was a requirement. Their business practices are suspect, to put it kindly. Considering I live in the immediate area of the dealership, i'll be sharing my experience with anyone i know looking for a vehicle. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough, don't waste your time on people with no integrity. More

After owning / leasing 24 vehicles the past 34 years, my Jeep is the best. Once out lease was completed we purchased the Jeep outright. Dealing with Park Jeep has been the best dealership thus far. Craig who is my Sales consultant has been extremely helpful with questions that have arise. I sends me Birthday and Anniversary emails plus new product offerings. When i come in for service (oil change / tire rotation) he always makes it a point to swing by and talk. The service department is AWESOME and very helpful, thorough and professional. They keep me up to date on service issues and what needs to be done. Additionally all my appointments have taken less that an hour. Everyone at Park greets you and makes sure you are taken care of.
