Worst Experience Ever I caught the bus and arrived rather early they weren't even open with the exception of service. No one ever asked if they could help me at all; although one gentleman asked it I had a car in service it was then I told him of my appointment and he showed me the way. I had an appointment with Ruben King he had already walked past me. I walked in and met with Ruben who dangled a really nice carrot (car) that I knew I couldn't have and once he found out I couldn't then passed me off to another sales person Danny who pulled up in yet another vehicle for me to test drive. I drove it of course. And after that I waited for hours while they made a high priced deal for me no questions or options offered. I was then sent over to the main building where I waited additional time. No one had informed me how long I would wait or anything else about the deal. Thanks for letting me use your phone to get insurance they jacked me too the rep lied so I could get a good rate only to have to pay more in the end. Another story!! First of all, I was stuck after catching the bus so whatever vehicle I was sold I would have to take it to get home. I then met up with Tom in finance where I met up with 22.9% interest and signed my life away on a car I didn't even like. Never will I ever go back here. Paying for it and trading it someplace else. Thanks but no thanks. I shook everybody's hand thanked them for getting me off the bus and finally on my way to work. Got wrote up at work too! The master cylinder light came on the next day and all the good gas mileage numbers changed too. More

EXTRAORDINARY! I just purchased a third vehicle from Park Chrysler Jeep, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ruben King blessed us! He got my son into a great vehicle a I just purchased a third vehicle from Park Chrysler Jeep, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ruben King blessed us! He got my son into a great vehicle at the best rate for his situation. Then, he gave him the blueprint for how to clean up his credit and raise his credit score in preparation for a possible refinance down the road. Why am I writing the review? because I am the co-signer/owner. Believe it or not, the day after we walked away with the car we got a call from Ruben letting us know that we needed to come back in because they'd found an even better interest rate! What dealership does that? They continually impress me with their customer service. I first purchased a used Chrysler from Tim Stolte in 2013. Because I'd followed his credit repair advice, I purchased a brand new 2015 Chrysler. Why was my experience EXTRAORDINARY? I was treated like royalty when I bought a used car, a new car, and as a co-signer/owner. Best dealership and staff ever! More
