I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited. This was absolutely, hands down, the most enjoyable car purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado that was very clean and appeared to be in very good condition, only 49000 miles. When I test drove the vehicle the check engine light was on. Salesman said he would have and appeared to be in very good condition, only 49000 miles. When I test drove the vehicle the check engine light was on. Salesman said he would have service tech read out the error code but not to worry because with the low miles there would be a 3 month warranty , which they later would not offer. I believe they did read the code, but they claimed they didn't know what the code (P0471) meant. They reset the check engine light and said they would take $200 off the price. I liked the car very much, so I closed the purchase with no warranty. On the way home the check engine light came on again. Had the error analyzed and found out this code is a well known serious problem with the torque converter estimated to cost $2500 to repair. I asked dealer for help with cost to repair. Used car sales manager said he would ask his manager and get back to me, HE NEVER RETURNED THE CALL. They did offer to buy back the car, but by than I didn't want to give the car up. I believe I was deceived and would not recommend this dealer for any used car puchase. More

I spoke with Mine Munzen over the internet. I am currently working in Calgary, Canada. I told them I would fly in and buy a Jeep on Monday. We went to Park Jeep looking for a Grand Cherokee. The specific one we originally went to look at had just been sold. Robert Becker who was helping us out found a couple very nice alternatives. The vehicles he showed us were better than what we had originally went to look at. He was friendly and very helpful, never pushy. We went to several other dealerships that day and were never received better service than what Robert did. Once we narrowed our vehicle search to two vehicles Robert worked with us to make the deal happen. I asked several questions and through a couple of curve xxxxx at him and he always answered promptly and courteously. We ended up purchasing a very nice certified pre-owned vehicle. When we went to pick it up Christopher Kimmel was the Finance manager that worked with us. We did not finance through Park Jeep but he handled the financial transaction and paperwork. Everything was ready to go when we showed up and all we had to do was read, review and sign. He answered any questions we had on that process and was also very friendly. We were never pressured to buy extended warranties or any other extra stuff we didn't want. Everyone we spoke with at Park Jeep was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Park Jeep to anyone looking at a new or used vehicle. More
