On saturday 9/17/11 I had gone to Park Jeep looking at a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At this time I had met Norman Coco and we went on a test drive. We were met shortly after we arrived, and were greated very warmly. My husband and I had been looking at the jeep rubicon for a few weeks. Norman was very good at explaining the process and why he needed to ask for specific information from us. He took his time and did not rush us through the process giving us time to make our decision. He made sure to point out that he wanted us to be happy with the vehicle we test drove. All the sales and dealer personnel in the showroom were friendly, and made a point to congratulate us on our purchase. This was even before we won a DVD player by tossing 2 out of 3 bean bags into the hole as part of the dealer promotion--the first person in two days to get 2 out of 3! More
Historically, we have been very hesitant to buy new vehicles due to the stereotypical car salesmanship. Craig was very easy to work with and "not" pushy in trying to sell my wife and I a vehicle. We came in looking to buy new, but found something with very few miles on it and it was priced $400 pushy in trying to sell my wife and I a vehicle. We came in looking to buy new, but found something with very few miles on it and it was priced $4000 below NADA and KBB so we nabbed this vehichle instead. Pricing is attractive and it should be in today's economy. Thanks again Craig for helping us find a quality vehicle that we can enjoy for year's to come. Brent More
Buying a new vehicle can be stressful and car salesmen can be pushy and agressive to the point of making buying a car something you wish you never had to do, but the people at Park Chrysler Jeep never wer can be pushy and agressive to the point of making buying a car something you wish you never had to do, but the people at Park Chrysler Jeep never were any of those things. In fact they were very patient in explaining their pricing and I left confident I was getting the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. They did offer extended warranties and other add ons but didn't push if I didn't want to purchase the add ons. They went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted from another dealership. I enjoyed working with my salesman, Norman Coco, and wouldn't hesitate to send friends and relatives his way because I know he will treat them right. More

Five-stars across the board. Absolutely the best all around car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was deployed in Afghanistan and needed to find a vehicle for when I returned. I knew I wouldn't have mu around car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was deployed in Afghanistan and needed to find a vehicle for when I returned. I knew I wouldn't have much time to do this when I got back to the States and I knew exactly what I wanted. I did my research, knew what I was willing to pay for my Jeep Rubicon, and found exactly what I wanted at Park Chrysler Jeep. The Internet Sales Manager (Wendy) was very helpful and responsive to my emails (great customer service). Wendy secured transportation for my Jeep from MN to CO and even took care of my CO state sales taxes. When my wife received the Jeep, we found that the change in humidity level and having the emergency brake on so long during transport had caused the brake system to bind. The Jeep was brought to a local Jeep dealer in Colorado Springs and I contacted Wendy at Park Chrysler. Kevin at Park Chrysler immediately approved and paid for all the repairs. I’ve got no complaints and nothing but praise for Park Chrysler and their people. Thanks Wendy and Kevin for your help. I just hope my wife doesn’t decide the Jeep belongs to her;-) More
