Hello! We are so sorry to see this review. I know our Parts Manager Scott Brown gave you a quote before you chose to have the work done, but, perhaps he didn't break it down too far. Our labor rates do appear on the final bill, though, so maybe our labor rate surprised you? We do charge $130 an hour for labor, which, truly, is in line with labor rates in the area. Labor rates are always one of those things that surprise people ("I remember when it was $45 an hour, not so long ago!" We all say that, right?), but, again, that is an average rate. You'll pay much more in the city. Ultimately, we hope you were happy with the work, though, and if you were, we would love to see you throw us an extra star or two. We appreciate you, Peter!
