The employees I worked with were very good. They made the process as seemless as they could under the circumstances. Unfortunatly, I made a decision without doing enough research for my own benefit, an the process as seemless as they could under the circumstances. I'm trying to be positive,& grow to appreciate all this car has to offer, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to the car from my own standpoint. It has NO bearing on the friendly-ness, courtesy or knowledge of the associates that I interacted with during the purchase. As for the dealership, & it's associates, I've been coming there for 10 years & during that time, I have had no complaints, I'm just disappointed in the decisions I made with this purchase. More

Very good experience. O'Neal made me a very good deal on the pre-owned RX350 and the 1996 Camry trade-in. Sewell Lexus Dallas couldn't match the entire deal. They beat the price of the RX350 but wouldn't m the pre-owned RX350 and the 1996 Camry trade-in. Sewell Lexus Dallas couldn't match the entire deal. They beat the price of the RX350 but wouldn't march the Camry trade-in. Mark agreed to have the rear bumper re-painted or I would have walked away. O'Neal and Mark agreed to have the deriver's seat leather refinished. I would have walked away if it wasn't repaired properly. As a recommendation, Lexus may want to re-look at their extended warranty pricing. I would have purchased it if it was more reasonable. Expecting me to pay $2942 for an extra 3 yrs and 25K miles is quite excessive. That's a $1,000 per extra year. More
