Park Place Lexus Grapevine

I took my 2005 Lexus 330 in for service and John Schock called me to let me know that they might have a car that I might not be able to "live without". At my last service (5,000 miles ago) he and I had a c called me to let me know that they might have a car that I might not be able to "live without". At my last service (5,000 miles ago) he and I had a conversation to see if I was interested in puchasing a new car. I told him I was happy with my 330 and if I was going to get a new car it was going to need to be a red convertable and I wanted camel interior, not black, not ecru. He looked in the computer but there was nothing available that was in my price range. He has contacted me several times since then, he even called me on my birthday to sing happy birthday to me. I hope that doesn't sound silly because it made me feel very special on my special day. Here comes the next service visit for my 2005. I drop it off and go back to work. John calls me and leaves "the" message for me. When I finally go to pick up my 330 at 6 p.m., John has three cars lined up for me and what do you know? One is the Lexus SC430...Matador Red with Camel interior.....Oh my gosh! Althouh John had to leave because he had an opportunity to travel to see his son in a competition he left me in the capable hands of Ed Stefanko. Ed took his time with me and let me drive the cars. It really didn't take me long because I knew I had to have the SC, really the moment I saw it. I bought it that night and the next day Ed took the time to show me all the bells and whistles. I still can't believe this beautiful car is mine. Thank you so much. More

Park Place Lexus has a customer for life. It is entirely about Service and Customer care. My salesperson is: Kevin Navid. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe how totally about Service and Customer care. My salesperson is: Kevin Navid. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe how totally awesome he is. My husband drove a 1995 Buick Rivera that he loved. It was time to replace this car and so the last few weeks we have been test driving cars. He has narrowed his choices down to the Nissan Altima or the Honda Accord. Although I would have loved to get him into a Lexus (which I drive and bought from Kevin) our budget wouldn't stretch to buy the dream car. So he test drove several styles and then I attempted to purchase the vehicle with help from my daughter, Navy LT. Our efforts were exhausting and both of us found the competition to be incompetent and often insulting. At the end of day on Friday, as we headed home from the third dealer of the day without a car, having put up with lies and distortions , I called Kevin: Talk about a knight to the rescue. I asked if he had anything on the lot that fit my criteria for price and style. He said I will call you back in ten minutes. He told me about three options. I said, I will be there in 10 minutes. When we arrived he had the gorgeous Honda Accord pulled up with the air on and cooling the car. We drove it home and my husband said the magic words: "Yes" and I called Kevin and said we are ready to purchase. Within an hour we were sitting in Troy's office and closing the deal. During this time Kevin took time with my daughter to talk about the Lexus brand and product, and now she is certain that her next vehicle will be bought from Kevin Navid. Did I mention that she lives in SAN DIEGO ? Never again will I stray from home. Park Place Lexus is the only place to shop. This transaction was smooth and easy. Hasan was outstanding. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. This is our second Lexus and we have high expectations - they were easily met and exceeded by Hasan. He was very flexible with us and not at all pushy or aggressive, which we appreciated. Bridgett, the finance girl, was nice...but a very slow talker. Frustrating. After we told her we weren't interested in any product ad-ons, she proceeded to explain them all anyway. VERY annoying, to say the lest. If your policy is for them to discuss those no matter what the customer says they are interested in, I'd suggest revisiting that policy. After being in the dealership over two hours closing the deal, that was very frustrating when all we wanted was the keys so we could go eat dinner. Instead, over our objections, she told us about products we had expressed no desire in.She was nice and friendly, though. All in all a good experience. More

This is the third car I have bought from Kevin. We were attracted to Lexus because of their quality vehicles but Park Place gives an additional element of class to each visit. Kevin helped us test drive a GX and made arrangements for us to use it as our loaner car while our other vehicle was in the service department. Kevin also made arrangements for my wife to breast feed our son in a private area. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle but once we decided we wanted the GX, Kevin made the negotiating stress free. Kevin had done his research a's had I. So rather than starting a bidding war, Kevin presented us with a very fair deal that was slightly below the online quoted sales prices. Kevin explained in detail how he derived the trade in amount being offered again having done his research. I will be back in a few years to buy my new car from Kevin.
