Very pleased with experience and treatment at Park Place It started that Park Place sales person told me on the phone that they discount $3,000 to $4,000 off sticker and I had been quoted only about $2,500 d It started that Park Place sales person told me on the phone that they discount $3,000 to $4,000 off sticker and I had been quoted only about $2,500 during a visit to another Lexus dealer. When I arrived, I saw lots of busy activity from other happy customers and my sales person went out of his way to make a deal. The car they had in my color had $1,100 additional fancy wheels that I did not want so he swapped wheels down to the standard ones that come with the base model. The 2017 RX drives much better than my previous 2015 RX. Very happy with the car and the experience. More

When she advised the Salesperson that she was just looking, he told to let him know if she had any questions or if he could help any further. He was available but did no hover. When I met my Salesperson/Naseem Mushtaq, I was very impressed with his knowledge completing the paperwork and answering all my questions (NOTE-I came from Austin, TX to buy) I have been to many Luxury Auto Dealerships, but Park Place Lexus Plano (and Park Place Volvo/Awan Sohaib, where my wife has shopped) excelled in Customer Service which has always been very important to my family, whether it is a restaurant or any other type of business.
