Great experience, no pressure to buy until I was ready I first test drove the Lexus SC 350 several months ago. I was very impressed with Viktor Koleychiks knowledge of the car and all of it's features. When I test drove the car I was not ready to buy. Viktor understood and he did not pressure me. Several months later I was ready to buy so I sent Viktor an e-mail. We agreed on a fair price for both of us and it was a done deal. Love the car! More

And he is very nice and knowledge about NX200T. The one I planned to buy. After knowing my budget and concerns, he worked on everything he could to help me bring my dream car home. And we did! I was actually thinking get a pre-own car and walked out with a new car. Highly recommended, good nice experience and service. More

Top Notch Customer Service I was in the market for a new vehicle and happened to call Park Place Lexus Plano during close to closing hours to see if they had the vehicle I was I was in the market for a new vehicle and happened to call Park Place Lexus Plano during close to closing hours to see if they had the vehicle I was interested in viewing. Jimmy Bryan answered the phone. I explained what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay in. Jimmy could have easily blown me off but instead he immediately went to work. I immediately felt a sense of ease and comfort. Extremely professional and knows his stuff. He stayed in contact during and after the purchasing process but was not overbearing. Long story short, I got the exact car I wanted. I hate the car buying process but this was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle in a long time. Jimmy was delightful to work with. He has a very warm and inviting personality. The day I picked up my car, I was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
