Excellent and super satisfying experience! Brian was awesome!! We went in about an hour before parks place closed needing a car that night! He was super efficient, and made it super easy to get in out with out feeling rushed. Brian was super outgoing, had great energy but not pushy at all. Brian also had the determination to make sure we were happy, satisfied, pleased and well taken care of. My husband and I are always looking for that quality when we truly have the desire to purchase something, because believe it or not most other dealerships we went to did not have that attitude with us and gave up to quickly. We enjoy people who are eager again with out being pushy. We left parks place and Brian very happy and would definitely recommend many others to this dealership and him! Thanks Brian for working so well with us and make the experience fun and easy! More

Amazing!!! Purchase complete in 2 hours!!! My previous car was a total loss & to add more stress I work a crazy schedule that makes it impossible for me to get to the dealership during business My previous car was a total loss & to add more stress I work a crazy schedule that makes it impossible for me to get to the dealership during business hours. I requested status on another RX350 & Blake responded immediately to let me know that the one I inquired about already sold but they had just received another one that hasn't even been listed yet. Blake got me pre-approved & even provided several other options. He came in the next morning on his day off just to make sure I got my car & the purchase went smoothly! I got there at 9am & left in my new car by 11am! I'm so happy with my RX350 & the service I received from Blake & Park Place Lexus Plano! More

Great Sales Team I have worked with Joel and Robert three times now and each time I've had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I have worked with Joel and Robert three times now and each time I've had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The buying process has been fast and easy each time. On my last purchase, a bad hail storm hit the day before I was picking up the car. The next morning I had a text showing me that the car had been tucked away inside and was safe and sound......they didn't have to do that, but they did! I have recommended Park Place Lexus and Joel/Robert to my friends and will continue to do so. More
