Leased new car I was going to buy a new car, but Don Mitchell showed me a lease option. I had not considered a lease, but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the amount n I was going to buy a new car, but Don Mitchell showed me a lease option. I had not considered a lease, but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the amount necessary for a new car at this time. The lease option was just right for me and I got the new car I had wanted. Not what I expected... In a good way :) I have been driving the same vehicle for the last 15 years, 289,000 miles. So when it came time to find a new vehicle I was nervous. Needless to say the folks at Park Place were all friendly and the pressure to buy was not what I expected. I looked around at my pace and they were there to answer questions. Wonderful patient process. Rick Jones understood my needs because he listened and did not try and put me into something just to make a sale. Was looking for better service Went to the dealer already pre-approved all I need to do was pick up the truck. Looked at the truck it was everything I want but the truck had been hit on the right. some one put some black thick cover up paint and you could tell a mile away it was damaged. I asked Chris the financial manager would he have that repaired he stayed he bought his wife truck with the same ding on the side. I told him the vehicle don't cost $8,000 the vehicle cost over 20,000 and I will not purchase a vehicle that has physical damage done to it and pay for it for 4 years. I was also referred over there from my parents sales person they purchase 2 Mercedes last month they had absolutely no problems. My mom car had a scratch on the back bumper park place Mercedes made sure she was happy I was expecting the same but didn't get that. More

Always a pleasurable experience. I have to say one of the main reasons for choosing Lexus is the first class service you get. Hands down on the wonderful automobiles that you offer.
