Amazing Customer Service! However, Herb Simonsen at Park Place Plano has provided me a whole new perspective! He was very professional, personable, and attentive to every question I had...or should I say, "have"! Even after making my purchase, he has followed up with me and continues to extend his excellent customer service. His professionalism has made all the difference in my car shopping experience which is definitely an added bonus to buying my gorgeous IS 250 C! custom new car ordered was not what was delivered I'm a female who had a terrible experience trying to custom order an RC350. After ordering Jan 31 and waiting until 4/23 (5 days late), the car prepp I'm a female who had a terrible experience trying to custom order an RC350. After ordering Jan 31 and waiting until 4/23 (5 days late), the car prepped and ready for me was not the model I had ordered. It was close but it was not the AWD I wanted. Somehow, according to the Sales Manager, a real 'honest' fluke-like mistake happened and a Colorado dealer snatched my car and sold it to a man there. In trying to find me a similar car, there was a call to another dealer and there was going to be a second call to arrange a trade between the dealerships to get something close to what I specified (with another 3 - 4 week wait). So if dealers have to call the each other and arrange for cars to be shipped/traded to different locations, then how did my car get sidetracked to CO? I believe someone at Park Place Plano thought that I, a female, would not check the order details and wouldn't realize I was not getting what I paid a deposit to get. I am very disappointed in the Sales customer service. When ordering a new car from Park Place, be sure to check all the details when the car arrives to be sure it is the car you ordered. I personally think females must be very diligent to not be taken advantage of by the dealership. More

I love my IS250 and Brian Safianow is the best!!!!!!!!!! I owned my Lexus ES 300 for 19 years so obviously I hate change and dreaded the experience. Brian Safianow was recommended to me by Brian Greninger (w I owned my Lexus ES 300 for 19 years so obviously I hate change and dreaded the experience. Brian Safianow was recommended to me by Brian Greninger (who bought 2 Lexus's from Brian) and Cavan Dierckman (who used to work at Park Place Lexus). Before I even came in I spoke with Brian and he made me feel so at ease immediately. I thought I would purchase a Lexus 350 as it would be more like what I had driven for 19 years but as soon as I drove the IS250 I fell in love. Brian was so cool as he could feel my excitement and was so encouraging as he had owned IS250's in the past. He was like a best friend and just wanted me to be happy. I just can't say enough about Brian as he was so wonderful. I bought M.J. (my IS250) the next day. He did all the work for me!! Plus we were there late but he made me feel so fabulous and showed me all about the car. Also his follow up is amazing. Park Place is so lucky to have him. I recommend him so highly as he really is the best!!!!!!!!! More

Dealership and Salesperson Exceeded all Expectations After visiting another local Lexus dealership looking for a similar vehicle, I was hesitant to continue looking at Lexus due to my negative experience After visiting another local Lexus dealership looking for a similar vehicle, I was hesitant to continue looking at Lexus due to my negative experience. Nevertheless, I took a chance and visited Park Place. Upon entering the sales floor, I was promptly greeted by Zane in a friendly and professional manner. He asked questions to understand what I was looking for and then proceeded to make the deal happen. I have to say that this was one of the best car buying experiences that I've had. This was largely due to Zane who was knowledgable and friendly. Rather than seem like a typical car salesman, he was more of an advocate to assist in the car buying experience. In addition, the sales manager was friendly and helpful in the process. Park Place and Zane exceeded expectations!! More
