I have never leased a car but it was very easy due to working with Zane. I had a lot of questions and he tirelessly answered all of my questions, found the perfect car for me, and mileage that fit my lifestyle. I also received 100% for my trade-in and I pay less for my new car than I did for my old car. I also wanted to purchase a car from this dealership because I LOVE the customer service here!!! Just as a side note: I am all about customer service and spending my money where I am appreciated and respected. I will not return to an establishment if I feel under appreciated. Not the case here! Park Place and Zan will continue to get my money. I can't wait for my next lease:) More
