I am astonished at how I am being treated as a customer I got a 2015 is 250 a few months back everything was fine and dandy as I was in the buying process and I loved my car however the transmission started I got a 2015 is 250 a few months back everything was fine and dandy as I was in the buying process and I loved my car however the transmission started failing and needed to be replaced might I remind you the car only had 30 miles on it when I purchased the vehicle with that being said once I was told it already needed a new transmission all they offered was to replace it under warranty. I don't know about you but me purchasing a brand new vehicle I don't want a new vehicle that has already needed a new transmission. I cant believe this is how LEXUS does business I feel completely disgusted as a customer with Lexus and I have been thrown from manager to manager with no resolution Lexus corporate will not even participate in this terrible situation I used to love Lexus I even traded in a Lexus and now its a nightmare.
