Top Notch Experience On Saturday evening, October 18th, my wife and I visited Park Place in Dallas on Lemmon Ave. We met with Chris Sadafsaz, our salesman to discuss our o On Saturday evening, October 18th, my wife and I visited Park Place in Dallas on Lemmon Ave. We met with Chris Sadafsaz, our salesman to discuss our options of purchase a new vehicle. We have been previous owners of two other Mercedes vehicles and wanted to explore what was available. After meeting with Chris, who answered all of our questions and even offered a few suggestions regarding warranty and financing options, we decided to purchase a 2012 C300. The overall experience was second to none and very enjoyable. We didn't feel pressured or rushed and we felt our desires were the number one priority. From beginning to end we were greatly satisfied with Chris and his expertise. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Two thumbs up!!!! I had made my last payment that morning you see and wanted to have a breather between buying a new car and not having a payment. Well I didn't know what to do at that point. I tried to get my vehicle fixed but it was going to cost a lot of money. After realizing I was going to pay a large sum of money, I decided to go with the first choice vehicle that I really wanted. So I called Winston Holyfield, who had given me his card several months prior to needing a vehicle. I told him what I wanted to do and he said come in and see me. The showroom and the people there were so nice and very accommodating. When I met with him he mediately turned his attention to my preferences and needs. He took time to talk about everything that I needed know to be informed about my soon to be purchase. The next day, I was in my new vehicle and leaving the dealership very happy and very satisfied. Since that day the response to any needs that I may have are quick and I appreciate the service and the professionalism that is shown to me. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left in our new CLA 250, my husband and I were impressed with everything that Park Place Motorcars had to offer. Bryan Chaffee, our New car sales consultant was quick to seat us down and hear us out. With his in-depth knowledge on the products and his excellent pitch, we were sold. There was not anything that he left out in his sales session. He wowed us with the initial sit down and even more with his well balanced candor and professionalism. Park Place Motorcars would be hard pressed to find a more well suited consultant to match and exceed everything that they stand for. We never felt pressured or rushed to commit to the car and that is something that we definitely appreciated. At the end of the sales session, we felt that we were buying into a lifestyle more than just a car. We would also like to mention the efforts of their finance department staff. Credit must be given where credit is due and they did everything they could to make the 'business' aspect of things smooth, understandable and quick for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is looking for a Mercedes-Benz to visit with Bryan and his team. I promise you that your experience will be just as delightful for you as it was for us. Changed my impression about dealers and car sales agents I am not one of those who usually writes reviews. I have bought 4 cars in the past and this was my 5th one - point is I know the sales agents, their p I am not one of those who usually writes reviews. I have bought 4 cars in the past and this was my 5th one - point is I know the sales agents, their pricing and how they operate. I am also extremely analytical and research oriented - just by profession - again the point is I did my homework well about the pricing, features and models (ok I think so)...not lets come to the point. These guys just changed my impression about car dealers and agents...hope that summarizes it all. Details - I worked with Justin, who is extremely courteous, detailed, to the point, besides not being pushy and offering the best price (compared to other dealerships). He just does not fit into the role of a traditional car sales guy...in a good sense, if you know what that stereotype means. The Finance guy was very brief and precise, his suggestions made sense and again was not pushy at all. No flashy words - I will definitely like to work with these guys again. More

Purchasing a GLK350 was the best decision we made this year. From the minute we walked in the front door we received first-class attention from your fiendly personnel. You answered all of our questions and immeditately convienced us that this vehicle would be an excellent choice for our family. You handled all the financing, gave us a great price for a superior vehicle, took time to show us how to work all the features and we walked away feeling very happy with our new family addition. We are enjoying every feature on our GLK350 which feels like it was made for us. He listened carefully and understood my needs even though I had trouble articulating some of them! ( I am not a car expert). There was no hard sell and John even arranged for me to visit the Lexus dealer because I was torn between the two makers. I finally chose a C 250 and am very happy with my choice.
