Less than Exceptional Service 1 yr Poor Service I wish I could share all the back and forth emails, phone calls, inappropriate comments made to me, an African American Woman purchasing a 2015 G550 w I wish I could share all the back and forth emails, phone calls, inappropriate comments made to me, an African American Woman purchasing a 2015 G550 with 70% down. From the start at the Grapevine location I was told that this car was exclusive and that they also wanted to know why I wanted the car because a lot of "Nigerians" purchase this car and sell it overseas for 3-4 times the money paid in the US. This comment sent be over to Jonathan Collins, who was the only highlight of the buying experience, which is why I'm giving the 1 star, my personal bank ended up financing this deal for me. It is my experience that the employees here feel a sense of entitlement to be sitting behind a desk selling Mercedes Benz products. It also seems that they are much more comfortable excercising the sell of vehicles 60k and below and are completely STUNNED when a 35 year old successful African American woman waltz's in to purchase a 6 figure vehicle, because she is not some Corporate Executive. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle because I could, although it took nearly 2 weeks after the deal was done to have the vehicle transported! I paid the vehicle off in 7 months and decided to sell, the luster wore off rather quickly. Now here I am again dealing with Jeremy Trest to get back the extended warrantie(s) that I purchased, and again with the same "entitled" attitude he had a year ago. Mercedes Benz needs to offer training that exceeds the sell of the vehicle and get there salespeople to become less judgemental in dealing with customers that walk through there doors. I will NEVER do business with Mercedes Benz at this dealership or any other as long as I live. Not only did this experience leave a poor stamp on my memory, but also on Mercedes Benz as a whole. More

That is a quality that I really enjoyed, and it made the ex At Mercedes the first person that greets you is your contact person from beginning to end. That is a quality that I really enjoyed, and it made the experience more comfortable. Darrin was the first person to greet us upon arrival and he was very professional. Although he was finishing up with another customer, he took the time to ask us what we were looking for and how he could help. My husband and I told him what we seen and that we wanted to do a trade-in. Darren immediately went to find the car for us. After about 30 minutes of searching (he even involved the sales manager Joe), he informed us they must have sent the car out as a loaner. He then showed us cars in the same price range but I never once felt pressured to make a decision. He took the time to listen to my want and needs in a vehicle, and he paired us with the perfect car. He even involved my kids in the process, which is rare. Everyone that we came in contact with was very accommodating and professional. They gave us a fair price for the trade-in, and I ended up getting the car at a lower monthly payment than what he originally quoted me. All in all this has been the most enjoyable car buy experience that I have ever had, and Darrin and Park Place has gained a customer for life. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect with no pressure, I suggest you go see Darrin!! More

A speical Valentines at Park Place I had seen the car I was looking for on CARGURUS and it linked me to Park Place. So I decided to visit. When I arrived, Darrin approached me in a plea I had seen the car I was looking for on CARGURUS and it linked me to Park Place. So I decided to visit. When I arrived, Darrin approached me in a pleasant manner. We discussed my vehicle wants, needs and desires. Darrin listened to me carefully. He understood I had done a lot of research. Price point and condition of the used vehicle were paramount. I did not purchase the vehicle on this visit. I decided to continue to investigate other options. Darrin stayed in contact via email & text. He was not over baring-but persistent. I decided that though price point and condition of the vehicle were important, so wasn't customer service. I explained to Darrin this was to be a special gift for my wife. He promised to make the delivery a memorable one-he delivered. When I convinced my wife to visit Park Place and "look around" she was not suspicious at all. When we turned the corner of the building and a perfectly detailed white SLK sat there with a huge ribbon on the hood, a flower and a card on the seat-she began to suspect something. Darrin emerged with the keys and a congratulations. The tears were next! Thank you Park Place and a special thank you to Darrin. I would highly recommend Darrin to all of my friends. More
