While this gave a basic level of knowledge about each vehicles attributes, a month had passed since those test drives. Not wanting to spend my entire day at a dealership, I told Taylor that she had 3 hours to make the sale, start to finish. She immediately found both models in the color and interior that I wanted and let me test drive both. Taylor applied absolutely no pressure trying to talk me into the more expensive model (like so often happens) and left the decision entirely up to me. Taylor was very professional yet very personable. She made a process that I always dread enjoyable and she had me leaving the dealer in my new car in 3 hours and 5 minutes. Taylor is a true asset to your company. Steve was able to get me 0.9% financing and made the finance portion quick and painless! More

A Breath of Fresh Air From the moment I walked through the door and greeted by Anastasia I felt comfortable, valued and appreciated. Anastasia listened to my questions and From the moment I walked through the door and greeted by Anastasia I felt comfortable, valued and appreciated. Anastasia listened to my questions and concerns and asked the important questions to help me find the right car for me. Although I realize she works for, and is paid by Parker Johnstone to sell cars, Anastasia conveyed to me that she cared and was my advocate. She patiently showed me 6 cars that I was interested in and actually pointed out some of the reasons I would not be happy with two of them. She answered all my questions sometimes twice, and offered to help in the future. I don’t believe I would have purchased a car that day had it not been for my positive experience with Anastasia. I also appreciated both of the finance department employees, Steve Morris & Brandi Weppler. Personable and honest. I had an issue with the car after delivery which David Thompson, one of the sales managers negotiated with me and made a good faith effort to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I would buy another car from Parker Johnstone in the future and would recommend the same for anyone wanting a positive experience. More
