Normally what I have experienced from other dealers is a high pressure salesman, a finannce guy who tries to sell me stuff I don't want, and absolutely no help with any problems after the sale. What I got from Gaylen Cushman at Wilsonville Honda was a pleasant no hassle buying experience. I got No pressure from the.finance guy to buy anything. The day after the sale we found a small problem with the car and they happily worked with us to solve the problem. Actually they gave us a free loaner too. I'm very surprised by this because in the finance office during the sale I signed the AS IS document and NO WARRANTY document. When ever I had a problem with a used car before the dealer would throw the AS IS in my face. Not so with Parker Johnstones Willsonville Honda, they really behave like they want you b ack as a customer! More
