Our first every pleasant car buying experience. This weekend we decided to purchase a new vehicle, and dreaded the idea of having to hassle with car sales people. To our surprise, it was our fi This weekend we decided to purchase a new vehicle, and dreaded the idea of having to hassle with car sales people. To our surprise, it was our first pleasant car purchase at a dealership. Taylor Reeves welcomed us when we entered, and helped us all the way through to the end, She new the car very inside and out, and if there was a question that she was not sure of, she went and got the answer immediately. No high pressure, asked us what we were looking for, offered us options and understood that we had planned on comparing prices elsewhere. When we sat down to get our pricing she did her best up front with no hassle of going back and forth. In the end we accepted the price she had presented as we new from research that she had done a great job with the offer. We then worked with Scott Rairdon, the Finance Manager, and he was also easy to work with, quick at explaining our options and no high pressure. We left a couple hours after arriving with the car we had set out to purchase and enjoyed our car buying experience for the first time, and we have bought quite a few cars over the years. Mrs. Cashman studied her Honda product and was very competent in giving a complete introductory tutorial on the Accord series. Only once did she not know the answer to a comparative question about the Honda vs another brand. But she looked up the answer and sent us the link to dig as deeply as we wished. She had no room to criticize the other brand, rather she stayed focused on teaching us her product. While there was no “closing booth pressure” she made it clear the purchase could be done in short order with transparency throughout the process. We make no quick purchases, so we have not yet made the purchase. But we remain very close thanks to Gaylen Cashman’s professional due diligence she shared with us today! Oh, she didn’t leave us unattended following our visit! She sent a cordial note via email stating she was willing and available for assisting us in any way! This dealer’s performance was no accident and was without comparison with other dealership visits over the past two days! More
