I submitted a request through Costco for pricing and had three dealers interested in presenting pricing. Anastasia outworked everyone with excellent response times and thoroughness of her efforts. Best Car-Buying Experience I've Ever Had I came into Parker Johnstone's Honda so I could do a few test drives of some car models that I was interested in. I met with Josh, and he was extreme I came into Parker Johnstone's Honda so I could do a few test drives of some car models that I was interested in. I met with Josh, and he was extremely friendly, low-pressure and answered all my questions while we went on a great test drive. Next time I came in I brought my wife with me, so she could test drive the models. I didn't have an appointment, so Josh was busy and I ended up speaking with Taylor, who arranged to give us the keys and allowed us to test the cars on our own, with no pressure at all. We LOVED this, and it really set the dealership apart! No pressure. Drive it like you own it. See if it fits you! It was around that visit that we came to meet Anastasia. My wife and I became interested in the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid, and Anastasia was the Clarity expert at the dealership. She answered all the questions that we had and gave us tips and tricks, showing us the unique quirks of the car. I left feeling pretty good about the Clarity. Finally, I came in and met with Anastasia (again without an appointment) to do one last test drive of the car, and the dealership had just received a large delivery of Clarity models. One of them (silver w/black leather interior) caught my eye and after the test drive, Anastasia ran the numbers on a lease and included a generous trade-in offer on my Nissan Xterra. My wife and I couldn't pass up the great low monthly payment, so we traded in the Nissan SUV and drove the silver Clarity off of the lot that afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the car: it's like driving an iMac with all the cool features! Anastasia really went above and beyond, all with a great big friendly smile on her face! This was hands-down the best car buying experience I've had. The salespeople were so friendly, informed, low-pressure and NICE! Like, happy-to-be-at-their-job-on-a-weekend NICE! It made me feel valued and special, and just put a big smile on my face to work with the Parker Johnstone team. Thank you to Josh and Taylor!
