I actually went to the dealership 2 times in 2 weeks and if not for her demeanor and attitude I would not have I worked with Anastasia on my car deal. I actually went to the dealership 2 times in 2 weeks and if not for her demeanor and attitude I would not have ever did that! She was not pushy and that was what really worked for me as I do not like pushy salesman. I just did not expect to get out of my other car and she assured me they could make it happen. He understood my hesitancy in coming in to check out the vehicle before agreeing on a price due to the distance from where I live to where they are, so we were able to agree on a price prior to my visit. When we got there, Anastasia was our sales contact person. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured in any way and because the price has been agreed on prior to our visit, no haggling! She convinced us to trade in our vehicle and was able to give us a great trade-in value.
