He was warm and honest - addressing all our questions and concerns. It ended with a deal and a new-used car. Best experience we've ever had purchasing a car!! Since it had been many years since purchasing a car, we wanted to test drive a few different used vehicles. We found that Wilsonville Honda had two of the types that we wanted to drive. We were greeted by Gaylen Cashman with a friendly smile. She showed us lots of different cars, both new and used. It was so nice to see the real price of each car... knowing that we didn't have to haggle for 3 hours over the price! It allowed us to look at the cars we could afford and not bother with ones that we couldn't. After test driving them, (one was a Honda, one wasn't), Gaylen showed us all of the paperwork on both of the vehicles, we were so impressed! She went over payment options on both vehicles...not pressuring us one way or another. She was professional, informative and VERY patient! When we decided to purchase the Honda Pilot, she introduced us to Steve Morris to assist with the financing. He efficiently explained all that we needed to know on financing our new suv. I went online looked at the inventory found the car I wanted submitted my information to brandie the finance manager and within an hour I received a call back from Gaylen with my payment information. In about an hour after I arrived I inspected the car and I was out the door with my new car. Excellent customer service from employees all around and will definitely recommend Wilsonville Honda.
