I was blown away by the work they did to make it look like new. I especially like the undercover car lot. I heard about the Wilsonville team from a friend, and now I will refer others to their business as well. However, this perception was changed very quickly - from the email communication from Ashley and Anastasia, to the professional, no-nonsense sales experience with Nichole, to the financing and documentation with Steve, the whole experience has left me with a totally new feel of what car buying should be, not to mention the friendliness of the staff not involved directly in the process. Including the appraisal of my trade-in, test driving the vehicle I was looking at, to completing the purchase formalities, the entire process was complete within a couple of hours - not something that I have ever experienced in 15+ years of buying cars. No-nonsense, negotiation- & hassle-free, no trying to sell a ton of additional features I didn't care about - not the typical car buying experience. Nicole was extremely professional, with a personal touch, and made me feel at ease from the moment she greeted me, till after the sale was complete.
