However, after doing an internet search for a specific model and year of Honda (2012 Accord EX-L) I was interested in purchasing, I decided to test drive a vehicle at Wilsonville Honda that fit all my criteria (Certified Pre-Owned, great price and low mileage). This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had - bar none. The "sales" person (Dale) didn't try to sell me anything. He was knowledgeable about my car, answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service throughout. The loan process was simple, no-fuss/no-haggling, and quick. This place gives "car dealerships" a bad name - in a good way! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used or new Honda. More

Our first stop was Wilsonville Honda a My husband and I recently bought our first car together and initially were pretty nervous about the experience. Our first stop was Wilsonville Honda as we were interested in a Honda Pilot. We were dead set on just wanting to test drive and gather information and didn't want to be pressured to buy that day. The sales people at Wilsonville Honda were super nice and not pushy at all! They didn't follow us around the lot or hassle us at all! When we were ready to test drive, Gaylen got us all hooked up! She was very knowledgeable about the cars and again, not pushy at all. We test drove both the Pilot and the CRV. We were still on the fence about what we wanted so we headed to two other dealerships. What a difference! We went to a Jeep dealership as we were interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We pulled into a carlot full of salesmen just standing around. Right away it was different from Wilsonville Honda. The salesman approached us immediately- no time to just talk amongst ourselves. We took a test drive and the salesman knew nothing about the car. He kept having to look at the sales sheet on the window. The test drive was so awkward- the salesman didn't say anything unless we asked. We didn't want pushy, but we at least wanted to know about the car! We decided the car and dealership weren't for us. We ended up back at Wilsonville Honda the next day to test drive the Pilot again. Gaylen was there and even cut her lunch break short to take us out on another test drive- again not pushy at all. We left the dealership set on wanting a new Pilot, but just had to figure out our budget. The next day, a Sunday, we got a call from Gaylen that they just got a similar Pilot as what we were looking at and it was a really good deal. We dropped everything and got down to the dealership. We test drove again and decided it was too good of a deal to pass up. We ended up buying a slightly used 2016 Honda Pilot that day! Gaylen was super patient throughout the whole process! She knew exactly what we wanted and got us a great deal! It is true that this dealership really is "worry-free, hassle-free." We had a great experience and would recommend the dealership and Gaylen to anyone needing to buy a new or used car! More

A Great Experience To start we are very picky about our cars! Zac was very helpful in suggesting options for us. Never once did he push us into a decision, even though we were very indecisive. He gave us time to talk about xxxxxxand con's and didn't rush us in the process. Once we finally made our decision, of course the car we wanted wasn't on the lot. He went and found one, then he himself went and drove almost an hour away to get our car for us. He was very familiar with the process and went out of his way to make it so we could still close our deal that day! We hope to be able to use him again in the future. Brandie was the person who did our paperwork. We actually went on Saturday night to the dealership right after closing. We had driven all the way from Cornelius so we were very disappointed when we realized they were closed already. We saw some people in the shop and asked them if we could take a quick look around, and they were unsure, but Brandie walked around the corner and was very happy to help. She walked us through all the cars we wanted to look at. That was very sweet of her to take the time when it was time for her to go home. We assured her we would be back the next day, and that we did. After our pleasant experience with Zac we were so happy we could see Brandie again after she was so nice in helping us the night before. We went in and she had all our papers printed and ready for us. We were out of there in no time! Well after sharing some about our families and lives of course! We absolutely LOVE Brandie and Zac and are very thankful we got to meet them! More
