Easy Purchase with no pressure At the 2010 Portland Auto Show my wife and I were given a certificate for a free dinner if we test drove a new Honda at Wilsonville Honda. Kim Posy me At the 2010 Portland Auto Show my wife and I were given a certificate for a free dinner if we test drove a new Honda at Wilsonville Honda. Kim Posy met with us and accompanied us on our drive. We did not buy a new Honda at that time but we stopped to talk with Kim when our 2004 Odyssey was in for service. A few weeks ago we decided to purchase a new 2015 car since we were planning to drive to the East coast in May. Our 2004 Odyssey just crossed the 100,000 mile mark and was not having problems, we wanted a reliable car for this trip. We set up an appointment with Kim to check out a new Odyssey. My wife and I had certain requirements for our 2015 such as comfortable seats, beige interior and adaptive cruise control. We then checked the Accord Touring and test drove it. We decided that the Accord was more comfortable for us. None of the Accord Tourings in stock had a dark red exterior and beige interior until Kim checked with Jeff and found that Bob, the General Manager, was driving one as his personal car. It was untitled and met all our requirements. Kim worked with us to get the car back to detail it and have it ready for delivery the following Wednesday. The process was so smooth and easy. It was the easiest purchase of an auto we ever made. On Wednesday the car was detailed, and ready to go. Kim road with us while we checked it out. The signing of the paperwork with Brandie was painless and we were on our way. We really enjoyed working with Kim. She is the best person to work with during the purchase of a new Honda. We wish it didn't take 5 years for Kim to sell us a new Honda. Bob, Your loss of the car was our gain. More
Not your typical car dealer Joe Selander was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant from the minute we walked through the door, didn't pressure us at all and knew the product Joe Selander was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant from the minute we walked through the door, didn't pressure us at all and knew the product line availability quite well. We got a non negotiable price and then went other dealers to see how his price compared. Joe's was the best so we went back. Before driving off, Joe gave us a well needed vehicle tutorial before we drove off. He also followed up on our emails and setting up the XM radio. Very Pleasant experience overall. More
Overall really liked our experience, but the service after We were very happy when we found the exact car we want and even happier to know that we don't have to negotiate and deal. Yes, we agree to pay that, We were very happy when we found the exact car we want and even happier to know that we don't have to negotiate and deal. Yes, we agree to pay that, sign the papers and go on your way. Sounds easy right - it was. Our sales person was great, the finance guys were great, we were in and out in less than 3 hours. We left the car there as there was a small repair to the dashboard that was necessary. We bought it on a Thursday night and were going out of town until Sunday. We were told great, we'll have them fix tomorrow and you can pick up on Sunday and the car will be detailed. We showed up Sunday, the car was detailed, but that's about where it ends. Our sales person wasn't there which we already knew and did not expect him to be there - it was a little chaotic and nobody knew what we were doing. Now I know that our sales person left information but someone dropped the ball for him. The finance person remembers us and tells them what our car is and we go out there. The repair is not done. We are told that nobody knows anything about this and it must be a part on order. Go ahead and take the car and we will coordinate the repair for you and give you a tank of gas for your troubles. OK, great. A little weird that it wasn't done, but I chalked it up that we were buying a Toyota and this is a Honda and they don't have the part if that's what is needed. So Monday comes along and service calls me to set up a time. I wasn't available so I returned the call late Wednesday to get this set up. Here is where my experience went back - nobody knows what they need to do to the car, how long they need it and what the plan is. Basically they want me to bring the car in, but they'll give me a loaner, but nobody knows what they are doing, if a part is actually on order or how long they will need it. Now lets remember they had our car for 3 days solely to fix the issue. I told the service guy, how about this - you find out what you need to do to the car and how long you need it. I wanted to know do they even know, did anyone even look at it cause remember when I picked up my car I was told the part must be on order and that's why it wasn't done yet. I really don't care either way, but I want to know facts not fake words to try and smooth over. It's now the following Monday and I haven't gotten a call back - but my husband took the dash apart and repaired the issue - it was an $8 bulb. It's done and over but it makes me laugh at this point because Honda has still not called me back and as far as they know they have a new customer hanging but nobody is calling and also don't forget that free tank of gas - don't have it yet. Overall I loved the experience buying the car, but the service and any repairs needed process needs some help...it's humorous to me at this point, but if the issue was bigger, I would not be happy. Don't let this stop you from buying a car here - car is great, sales guy great, finance great - very happy with my car, just be aware to stay on top of the rest. More

It's no wonder he has earned Silver in the Council of Sales Leadership for 2013 and is on his way for 2014. Very straight forward & honest, just like the dealership. Highly recommend buying your next new or used car here & ask for Zac! More

We decided to make the trip to Wilsonville from the Eugene area to compare the two vehicles. We were already leaning towards the lower mileage vehicle. When we arrived, Zac met me in the building and identified himself as the customer service/sales person. We hit it off immediately as he was very friendly and easy going. I too am in sales and believe I have a similar approach. Zac was very professional and informative. He made the process of buying a used car "easy" and once he knew we were moving forward, he tried to get us out of the store as quickly as possible knowing it was just paperwork from that point forward. Jeff Gilmore in management was very personable and when it came to getting our financing, he made it work. Brandie helped with paperwork and she was also friendly and helpful. I was curious enough about Parker Johnstone, the owner, to ask questions about his race cars on display and other character questions and everyone seemed to be enamored with him. I was curious and looked him up (Wikipedia). Talk about "the most interesting man in the world!" That guy has to be a runner up or the real deal! I would love to meet him sometime. For now, I will have to settle with his representatives/employees at his dealership. They reflected him well. Sold on Honda all over again. This makes us an all Honda household... 1976 Honda CB750, 1998 Honda Accord EX, 2000 Acura RL and now our "new" 2004 Honda Pilot EX-L! More

They called us when it came in and allowed me to drive the car 20 miles to my husbands place of work so that he could test drive it. By the time we were done driving it, we had decided to purchase it. We worked with two different sales people, due to the timing of our first visit to the dealership and the day of the test drive. Both were fantastic. They gave us an excellent trade in value on our Civic Hybrid. This one one of the best car buying experiences we have had. They worked with us to schedule signing that worked for our schedules, allowing us to take the car before my husband could get in to sign papers. More
Car Shopping is Actually Fun! We have hated every other dealer experience we've had. Wilsonville Honda stands out as a truly honest dealership. Listed prices really are fair (check We have hated every other dealer experience we've had. Wilsonville Honda stands out as a truly honest dealership. Listed prices really are fair (check Edmunds, Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book, and see for yourself!), and you don't haggle. They partner with credit unions to get your financing done quickly and easily. Their salespersons are just there to help you meet your goals, not pressure you into more money. We walked in and said "we're looking for this particular model, in these years." That's all we looked at, and that's all we tested, and it's what we bought. Both times! We were never asked to consider a different car, or get a lease, or any other standard gimmick. We were allowed to take our time, alone, sit in the car, drive it, and walk away. They offered to let us drive the car home overnight, and think on it. It truly was an experience about meeting OUR wants and needs. What a relief! We'll never buy anywhere else, and we were happy to return this year for our second vehicle. We knew this time not to look at other dealerships, since our last sale was so easy. This one was just as seamless as the first time around, even with different saleswomen. Thank you thank you!! We <3 Wilsonville Honda! :) More
