Knows Her Stuff I came in wanting a V6. Nichole suggested the new variable transmission might give me what I was looking for in a V6 and suggested I test drive a VT A I came in wanting a V6. Nichole suggested the new variable transmission might give me what I was looking for in a V6 and suggested I test drive a VT Accord. Glad I did. Saved a ton of money will get better gas mileage, and got what I thought I wanted anyway. I visited/talked to a few dealerships (Lexus and 2 in the starts-with-a-T-and-ends-with-an-N family) and I got great response without a load of horse crap from Wilsonville. Not your typical car-buying experience (bait and switch, stretch the truth, ding your credit report by applying to multiple finance companies w/o your permission) at Wilsonville. After several hours on site and by phone/text with those other companies, I'll never go anywhere else if I'm buying another Honda. More

Their no hassle, haggling really made this the best buying experience. We worked with Kathleen Young, Kim Posey and Gaylen Cashman for my daughter’s first car. Everyone was wonderful to work with. When I called to ask about the sales, Kathleen was very friendly and promptly answered all my questions. I was happy with both the sales they had along with how I was treated that we immediately went in to the dealership. We were greeted by Kathleen and then introduced Kim Posey to help us. Kim was great to work with. She was very friendly and patient. She showed us the various vehicles that we were interested in and answered all of our questions. She took time during our test drive to make sure my daughter was happy with the vehicle and how comfortable she felt being in it. After the test drive, we decided to make the purchase. But due to missing paperwork on our part, we had to return a couple of days later to complete the transaction. Kim followed up to schedule our appointment. On our returned appointment, we had the pleasure to work with Gaylen Cashman. Gaylen was wonderful !!! She reviewed all of the paperwork with us and made sure that we were happy with everything. She stayed with us the whole time while the paperwork was being processed. She kept us updated on the progress along with making sure that the car would be ready for us when we were done. Once all the paperwork was completed, Gaylen thoroughly showed us the main features of the car and how they work and how to customize them. Gaylen is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. This was the first car buying experience for my daughter and it was wonderful. She left feeling very happy with the car she got along with the great experience she had with such friendly and amazing people. We definitely felt like a valued customer and would recommend Wilsonville Honda, Gaylen and Kim to our family and friends. More

I've been a Parker Johnstone customer for about six years now, having purchased a used Honda elsewhere, but choosing Parker Johnstone for maintenance after taking advantage of their first time oil change offer -- and great service. It was always a pleasure to bring in my Accord for regular maintenance -- how often does anyone say that? Who really likes to 'waste' their time getting oil changed, etc.? So when it came time to think about a new (or newer) car, I didn't even consider shopping elsewhere. I made an appointment to test drive a new car, and that is when I met Geri. What a stroke of good fortune! Being a woman, I was immediately comfortable and at ease. I drove home my new 2014 Accord that afternoon. Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with. And I feel like I am part of a family who cares about my car and about me. Thank you! More
