At Wilsonville Honda I HAD NONE! 12:00p.m. Walked into delearship with a list of cars in my head from the website. Told sales person (Gaylen Cashman) I only had until 2:30pm to pick up my kids and also advised her that I was not looking to close today. (In past experiences I have spent up to 6 hours in a dealership office.) 12:20p.m. Looked at possible cars. 12:25p.m. Test Drove Cars 2:45p.m. All paperwork signed What happened? This dealership values your time. Something I thought only Fred Meyer did when they would open up a checkstand if you were waiting in line for too long. One word..... EASY. I never left the salespersons desk. Everyone came to me. They gave me all the information I needed. Bottom dollar price was advertised already on the car. No need to haggle here. This is not a typical dealership using sales tactics that we all know just want us to pull out hair out. There was a time when all the paperwork was coming. Terri Jennings told me that there was something that changed with my monthly payment. I immediately tensed up.... She said it went down a little. You ever been told that by a dealer? If not. The dealership youve been getting your car from SUCKS! The movie you guys play at closing is VERY informative. I thought I was going to play on my phone the whole way through it but there was alot of important information. GOOD JOB GUYS! Reasons to go to this dealership: 1. They value your time 2. They have an awesome kids room 3. They LISTEN TO YOU! 4. They work quickly 5. You deal with 2 people. Salesperson and Finance Manager. 6. Bottom Dollar is already advertised 7. Indoor showroom! (It was pouring rain when I went there) 8. They care about your business! Reasons not to go to this dealership: 1. You want to get ripped off 2. You like to waste countless hours 3. You love hanging out in dealership lobbies (They will let you do that at Wilsonville Honda, but there is no point.) 4. You like going back and forth on prices (Negotitation) More

My experience working with Kim was probably the most relaxed car buying experience I've had in years. There was no pressure and NO hassle. Kim was so patient with me, after I spent several weeks emailing her she always responded and never pressured me. When I went in, I really didn't think I'd be able to get the deal I wanted, WRONG! Working with Kim and Jeff Gilmore was awesome, straight forward, no sales bull, just a fair and honest deal. I also appreciated working with Brandi to get my paperwork done, quick and easy. Our family traded in two older Hondas and purchased a new Honda Accord LX and leased a new Honda Odyssey EX from Wilsonville Honda in January. We were given recommendations when we asked for them and received patience without any pressure while we took our time to make thoughtful decisions. This is how making an important purchase should be and is the exact opposite of the experience I had at another local dealership which appeared to possibly be run by the mafia (seriously, all salesmen in trench coats and sunglasses?). I would recommend this salesman and dealership whole-heartedly! I have purchased many cars in my life and this was at the top of my list for pleasure and satisfaction. I hadn't been in the building but a few seconds when a staff person welcomed me and tried to help. There was NO high pressure tactics from anyone at the dealership... they treated me as a "guest"; not a customer. I left the first night after seeing a few cars I was considering and Michael took my cell phone # in case another car that met my criteria came in, but did NOT hound me as other dealership sales people had tried to do. I ended up buying one of the cars there at a fair price. They said they would fix 3 flaws and true to their word they did! One item they even replaced with a new component when the "fix" didn't look as good as they thought it would!! Amazing!! I bought another car in November at a dealer in Gladstone and it was 180 degree difference; I will NEVER enter their doors again. They are an amazing group of people at this dealership and I will continue maintenance there with my car on things they are equipped to do for my Subaru. They even were honest enough to tell me I was better off at a Subaru dealer for some of the items I asked about!! More
