Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda

We walked in unsure of what to expect of the experience. We are a family with 2 young kids so the prospect of going to a car dealership seemed like not the best idea. First thing when we walked in, we were greeted warmly with Jeff and knew right away we wanted to deal with him. He was warm, friendly, funny, knowledgeable and best of all? NOT PUSHY! He listened to what we said we wanted and needed for our family and lined it up with no push for more than we could afford or want. He guided us through the whole day and even called around to all the dealerships to find us the model and trim we wanted with a white exterior (I love white vehicles). Then we got to hang out with Gaylen, who was just as warm and friendly as Jeff! She helped guide us through all our choices for our vehicle and even went to pick up our new CRV for us so we could have it THAT day! She was so kind to our entire family, including our kids- who had begun to lose their patience at this point lol. This experience was NOTHING like we had expected which was such a pleasant surprise! They not only had a really nice snack and guest area but a really nice kids play area upstairs in it's own room full of toys and movies! Thanks again to everyone there for such a pleasant experience. They will definitely be getting our word of mouth recommendations! More

I can't begin to say enough about what a great experience I had with this dealership. Normally I don't tend to write reviews for things, but I just feel compelled to this time. When you think of car dealerships and shopping for a vehicle, I normally think of having to play a game of how can I not get ripped off, am a I getting a good deal etc... Not so here. From the moment I first contacted the dealership looking for a new Honda, to the moment I bought the car and even after the purchase, I knew I was not only getting a good deal, I was making a friend in the dealer business. This is no joke, they give you an up front price, that is beyond competitive without any hassle at all. They also go above and beyond to make the experience like it really should be, but rarely is anywhere else. A fun experience! Special thanks to Anna, for answering all my many emails as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted, and to Gaylen who went out of her way to pick me up when I got in town, and going far above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience in buying my new car.
