I normally do not write reviews however I feel the need to call out the great experience my wife and I had working with Geri Reeves. We have been regulars to the Parker Johnstone's Service Dept. and that’s to call out the great experience my wife and I had working with Geri Reeves. We have been regulars to the Parker Johnstone's Service Dept. and that’s a whole other review for how great they are. Due to our family growing we talked about getting a larger vehicle than our Rav 4. From the moment we started the search to going to the dealership with our toddler and newborn we knew we were in capable hands, As Geri was out we dealt with Zac who took us around to look at the bigger SUV's they had, both used and new. As we got talking my wife mentioned that we should look at the Odyssey. Now being a guy, yeah …. I know I did not want to come close to thinking we would be driving a van... well that's until I sat in one and saw how roomy it was and I put my logical hat on. This could be a vehicle we could have for a long time. The design difference of the 2014 from previous years and options was amazing. We later got connected with Geri. I talked to her concerning what we were looking for and since my wife won on the van portion I was going to choose the color smoky topaz. The dealership did not have it in stock and Geri and Jim went above and beyond to locate one for us. Problem was the only available ones were in Washington or southern Oregon and we did not want to have the car accrue miles being brought here so we settled on waiting until they could have one. In the midst of all this, Geri kept communicating with us, we applied for financing online, put down a deposit for the vehicle and were surprised to hear they were having one delivered in 3 weeks. We decided to wait and added some accessories so it would be ready when we went to pick it up. We got the call that it had arrived earlier than expected. What made the experience special was coming in late in the evening and the Sales Manager Jeff and Geri both stayed to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. Brandie the Finance Manager was patient as I carefully went through the paperwork and answered all the questions. In addition, Geri made sure she walked the vehicle with me, made sure I was familiar with all the options. Yeah long review but these guys deserve your business because they care for the customer, your needs and most of all they love what they do and it shows. We will definitely be referring friends and family to Geri. More

This time around, I travelled over an hour and a half from my home in Eugene because I know I will work with honest, ethical people who put their customers before their bottom line. Michael Kinsman went above and beyond my expectations in getting me into my brand new Honda Fit—a car I absolutely love. He volunteered to help drive me to drop-off my rental car at Enterprise (my “old” car was in the shop after a car accident). Michael was thorough, attentive to detail, and made my car buying experience fun. I did not once feel pressured into an upsell and have no doubt that I received a low, fair price for my new Honda. What a breath of fresh air to know that every member of the Wilsonville staff acts with integrity and in the best interest of their customers. Their aim is make our car buying experience a great one. After completing the paperwork she also showed us some of the main features of the car and how to work them. I chose Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda because I wanted a hassle free and stress free experience and I was not dissapointed. I loved the Best Price upfront and Terri made us feel comfortable and w I wanted a hassle free and stress free experience and I was not dissapointed. I loved the Best Price upfront and Terri made us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. Terri really listened and helped us into the perfect vehicle for our family. My 2yo daughter was with us and also potty training, and Terri never seemed frustrated or annoyed over the many bathroom breaks. Most amazing was that Terri was kind enough to sit with my daughter in the playroom while my husband and I finished the financial aspect of our purchase. I would highly reccomend Terri and Parker Johnstone's Wilsonwille Honda and even though we live in Hillsboro we will be making the trip for all our service needs. Orozco Family More

Color is such a personal choice that I was a little uneasy at first but one look at the new CRV and I realized she knew me better than I could ever have hoped. I dreaded looking for a new vehicle but she made it so easy. I have recommended her to my friends and when they are in the market for a new vehicle, they will be paying her a visit.
