I came to the service department at Parker Johnstone out of desperation. I had previously taken my '09 Civic hybrid to a dealership in Beaverton and experienced the typical sleazy business practice of tryi of desperation. I had previously taken my '09 Civic hybrid to a dealership in Beaverton and experienced the typical sleazy business practice of trying to up-sell a part or a service that I really didn't need. After I had a flat in my front tire, and I was told I would need a brand new set of tires, I had had enough. Fortunately, Dexter and the service team at Parker Johnstone were REAL. They didn't take advantage of the fact that I want what's best for my car, and didn't try to sell me on anything I wouldn't need. Dexter actually told me my car was in excellent shape and found the best deal that would fit the needs of my car. He even made sure I had a transmission service completed and called my former service department in Beaverton to find out. I work in customer service, and work alongside many Honda owners, and I will definitely talk this place up! Thank you for having world class customer service, and being open and honest about my vehicle! More

When looking for for parts, I was treated in a condescending and borderline rude manner by Susan in the parts department. I admit that I was unhappy at having to buy a much larger assembly than wh condescending and borderline rude manner by Susan in the parts department. Combined with the fact that parts here appear to be sold at full Honda list price, you can be sure I won't bother troubling Susan again. More
Thanks to Wilsonville Honda, I was able to find the model and color Honda CR-V 2012 I was searching for. The customer service was great, Chis was informative and easy to work with. He was very friendly and exceptionally thorough during my test drive. The overall experience was good; I saw the car on Wednesday and bought it the very next day! We spent over an hour going through the vehicle specifications and all the paperwork. Trevyn was professional and precise when explaining the purchase agreement, DMV assignment, etc. I believe the price is only OK because while I did know the listed price going in, I felt nickled and dimed on accessories as basic as the splash guards and a cargo tray. There was no deal when it came to a few additions. Considering my transaction was as simple as it comes for the dealership, it would have been appropriate to leave on pre-installed items such as the door edge guards instead of removing them before I drove the car off the lot. All said, enjoying the car very much! More

My advice to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership would be to do your research online (kelly blue book and carguru.com). You will likely find a cheaper price elsewhere. More
