Great selection of Honda vehicles. They claim to have a no hassle price, but install a bunch of dealer options that cost over 700 dollars. Be aware that the internet price is not the true price. After much research, I decided to purchase a new Honda Fit to replace my Subaru Outback, which was a nice car but too big for my needs. I might have preferred a used Honda Fit, but the prices for late mod Fit to replace my Subaru Outback, which was a nice car but too big for my needs. I might have preferred a used Honda Fit, but the prices for late model used Fits were not much lower than a new Fit. I asked a friend who has a Honda if he recommended a dealer, and he spoke very highly of Parker Johnstone, where he has his car serviced. After reading all the reviews here of Portland-area dealers, I decided to visit Parker Johnstone based on the many stellar reviews they have received. I had never purchased a new car before or traded in a used car, and I wanted to avoid the unpleasant experiences that I associate with the process of purchasing through a dealership. I am happy to report that this dealership lives up to its reviews. Nichole put me at ease immediately. She is professional and knowledgeable, and takes a lot of pride in the quality of the dealership and its staff. She was patient and helpful and never made me feel pressured to do anything I wasn't sure of. I thought I would just go in for a test drive, and didn't expect to get the exact model that I wanted or the price I wanted for my trade-in. But the car we test drove was even nicer than I expected, and I was able to get the trade-in value on my Subaru that I asked for, thanks to Wendy's evaluation of my used car. Sheena did all the paperwork and explained the extended warranty options to me. I declined them initially, as I had not had time to research them and make a decision in advance. She gave me the information to study so I could decide. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I didn't want and decided to purchase the extended warranty after consideration. (I would recommend if you are thinking about buying a new car here to research the warranty options in advance, as it would have been easier and saved time if I could have made the decision when I bought the car.) I love my new car and I look forward to many years of driving it, and many years of working with the fine people at Parker Johnstones keeping it maintained. More
I would like to thank the service team for getting me in so quick for some routine servicing and to look at my A/C! While I was waiting in the reception area I was watching a Salesman helping a customer who so quick for some routine servicing and to look at my A/C! While I was waiting in the reception area I was watching a Salesman helping a customer who was looking at an Accord. She was asking all kinds of questions, would get up from the desk and look at the car in the show room, would go outside and make a phone call, go back to the desk, go back to the car, her phone would ring and she would go back outside and this went on and on. I don't know how many times she got on her phone at the desk, but her ringer was turned up full blast! This went on and on for a long time. Then she got up and left. I waited a while and then I had to ask the Salesman "Is she going to buy that car"? He said no, her son told her not to. I would like to say how patient he was with her, because she was driving me nuts while I was just sitting there listening to her. Chris Nething did a great job putting up with that customer. More

I have had my new car for a month now and took it in for it's 30 day "inspection" There was a scratch on the lower panel of the driver side door. I let the service rep know and ask if someone could take a look, she was very nice and said sure no problem. Then during the checkout process--a different service rep made no mention of the scratch. When I asked he had no idea what I was talking about, so I took him outside and we ran into the original service person I was working with. She informed me they couldn't buff the scratch out--it was to deep. Neither offered any other solution--even if there was a cost associated. So then a manager came out petted the scratch and same result NOTHING. After a few minutes of BLANK stares and no resolution I was done. I passed Beaverton Hondas service center on my 10mile trek out to Wilsonville. Never again, I'll go elsewhere. More
