Although purchasing a manual vehicle, I was not familiar with driving it, and Kim walked me through the whole procedure and practiced with me until I felt 100% comfortable driving away from the dealership. I did not feel pressured during the whole experience. I would totally recommend this place if you can find a good price for the vehicle that suits you. Just after a recent oil change our car started hesitating and running funny. When we returned to the dealership they found a loose hose clamp, tightened it, apologized and charged us nothing. I found a used CRV I wanted to buy. Merry was very nice & tried to be helpful. However, they offered 12,200+ for my 2007 mustang, not even close to blue book. Then, I wanted to pay to have a prepurchase & tried to be helpful. However, they offered 12,200+ for my 2007 mustang, not even close to blue book. Then, I wanted to pay to have a prepurchase inspection on the CRV by a different Honda service department. The manager refused. He told me I could buy the car & if I didn't like it, I could return it within 5 days. I wasn't going to risk having to pay a restocking fee if I bought it & then inspected it and had to return it if It turned out there was a problem. There's something wrong when a car dealer won't allow their cars to be inspected by an independent third party. I called Honda corporate & they saidalthough it isn't recommended, it's the dealers prerogative to deny an independent inspection. I left & went straight to Honda's competitor, Wilsonville Toyota. They offered $14,000 for my mustang & let me take their SUV overnight so I could get a prepurchase inspection from the service department of my choice. There was absolutely no haggling. I bought my SUV from Wilsonville Toyota within an hour of the SUV being inspected. Bottom line, no dealer other than Wilsonville Honda has denied my request to have a used vehicle inspected. I wouldn't buy from them because they lowball on the tradein & they must not be confident in the used cars they sell if they won't allow an inspection. More
