My battery died, so I called AAA to jumpstart me so I could drive to Wilsonville Honda. I needed the car back quickly, and they obliged me. Jenette checked me in and had the car scheduled for service rig could drive to Wilsonville Honda. I needed the car back quickly, and they obliged me. Jenette checked me in and had the car scheduled for service right away. They did not have the right battery in stock, so they obtained one from a nearby dealer. Tony Martinez shuttled me home and picked me up when the battery was installed. Ryan Soumokil handled all of the service details and checked me out. All told, I was without the car for only about three hours. Customer service does not get any better than this.
