I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and in fact chose NOT to go to the dealer closest to me due to the way they conducted the Honda was stellar. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and in fact chose NOT to go to the dealer closest to me due to the way they conducted themselves before I even arrived (the GM took the car HOME to show his wife, for the weekend, 1.5 hours after I made an appointment to test drive with a sales rep - I was told it would be back on Monday and my appointment had to be rescheduled from 10AM on Saturday to that day or later). Alan listened to what I wanted, showed me what they had, orchestrated a test drive, and then confirmed that I could ORDER the car I wanted (2021 Pilot Black Edition in White Pearl). We determined financing options, and the trade-in value ahead of time, and I was given a very fair price on this as well. There was no pressure at all, just confirmed assurance that I was happy with the selection. I waited two months, and was provided weekly updates on the build and ship progress. He carefully reviewed and solidified the accessories I wanted to have added, and had it ready to go when I arrived for final purchase. I highly recommend this dealership!!! More
