There are other Honda car dealerships closer to us probably three or four, but we keep returning to this dealership because of the great people that we get to work with and the way that they treat us. I was driving my 2018 Fit from Vancouver to Eugene when my tire pressure monitor system indicated low tire pressure. After receiving absolutely no help from two different gas stations, I was nervously driving south when I noticed your dealership off the freeway. I made my way back, and even though it was after hours, this wonderful person came out to my car and helped me out. She explained that the monitor was probably triggered by the cold weather and didn’t really indicate a tire pressure problem. She then reset the monitor and showed me how to do so myself should the problem recur. Your dealership is a little too far to come from Eugene, but you and your staff have earned my respect and gratitude. Thank you. More
