Unfortunately, after having worked a deal and getting a quote from the sales manager, upon arrival, we were deceived and told something completely different after being lied to in order to get us to fall i quote from the sales manager, upon arrival, we were deceived and told something completely different after being lied to in order to get us to fall in love with a Lexus RX 350. We were told our payments would be something and after arriving, driving an hour out of our way, driving the vehicle, we sat down with Lacie, who was very nice and tried to be accommodating, the sales manager lied to her and then to us about what the price of our trade in and payments would be. I feel this is very unethical and deceiving and I would not recommend anyone start the process of buying from Parker Lexus in Little Rock. This was a very unprofessional experience and we will not be back. Nothing was done and zero effort was made to correct the lies and deceit. I always appreciate honesty and professionalism and this is not a place that will be honest up front with you. Do not buy from here! More

From the purchase with Jamie til me getting my car serviced with Justin, I have been thoroughly pleased by the customer service the people at Parker Lexus have given me. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them, but the way they treat and wait me, you would think I purchased a 2022 on their lot! I really appreciate ALL OF YOU. You guys at Lexus are doing a fantastic job. I recommend anyone to this dealership. You may spend a pretty penny on a vehicle there, but the quality of their vehicles, the phenomenal customer service, the awesome service department, and just the overall feeling of being satisfied is all worth it.
