Communication was horrible. I will not return for service unless it is related to my last service. My vehicle had to be dropped off and was suppose to be there 2-3 days for a st I will not return for service unless it is related to my last service. My vehicle had to be dropped off and was suppose to be there 2-3 days for a stated repair. It was there 7 days I think, and I had to call more than once for updates and my service person would not call me back. They did something entirely different and at no point reached out to tell me what they were doing. The problem is still not fixed but it is bearable at the moment. More

I corrected one of the issues myself and an independent shop corrected the other two issues. I stopped buying Mopar for the same reasons I stopped buying GM back in the 1980s - forced to perform warranty repairs myself or on my dime. Love the car overall - don't love incompetent dealers. More
