When dropping off my truck, I spoke to the service advisor for a specific issue the transmission. I asked him not to report the engine or deal with the engine engine. Focus on the transmission. Without any follow up or call he submitted for the engine repair. This was very frustrating as I specifically asked for this not to happen and instead of any phone calls for clarification it was just submitted as I had instructed explicitly not to be. More
