I have a F250 Diesel that needed the cab bumpers replaced. First the service dept. stated that the service would be completed in one day, it actually took 3 days to complete the work. They also ch replaced. First the service dept. stated that the service would be completed in one day, it actually took 3 days to complete the work. They also changed the oil and fuel filters while in the shop. 1). Service follow up was terrible. I had to call them to find out anything about the status of the vehicle. Had to leave several messages to call me back. Calls where not returned in a timely matter at all. 2). When I picked up the truck it would barely start at the dealership but it finally did. Warning light came on showing "Low Fuel Pressure" which would not allow vehicle to get over 10 mph. Also, the cab bumpers were not tightened down proper and still make bumping noises when going over rough areas. Turned around took truck right back to the dealership, again a waste of my time. The mechanic did not install the fuel filter properly and failed to tighten the cab bumpers to the recommended torque. This is not the first time I've had problems with service from this dealer. Needless to say I never take a vehicle back to the dealer again for service. Also, was planning on buying a new Lincoln SUV soon but will never go back to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle or for service. TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

My 2022 Nautilus was at the dealers service department due to the car lurching when accelerating at low speeds. One repair was completed but did not resolve the problem. I returned the car a second time t due to the car lurching when accelerating at low speeds. One repair was completed but did not resolve the problem. I returned the car a second time to have the problem addressed. Upon request, I road with a Technician so that I could better demonstrate the problem. Bothe Technician and I were clear that the problem was present. A few days later I called to get an update and the service rep said that he would call me back before closing. He didn't. I call the next day and was informed that they could not identify the problem and therefore could not make a repair. Upon arrival I was informed that the manufacturer declined the repair due to a computerized diagnosis. More
