How can it take so long for an oil change when I have an appointment? This is the 3rd time I have had this happen. 1st time I didn’t know to schedule appointment and waited all long time. 2nd time schedule appointment? This is the 3rd time I have had this happen. 1st time I didn’t know to schedule appointment and waited all long time. 2nd time scheduled a 1 pm appointment and the took over 2 hours. They said it’s because people were at lunch ( why do you schedule appointments when people are at lunch!) this time asked what time is good so I don’t have to wait so long. They said 7:30. I arrived at 7:30 and it still took 2 hours even though I was promised it would be 60-90 minutes. When I questioned why it took so long it was just excuses. No apology at all. Later that day my car made a funny sound it never made before. I called and Inquired. My tech said it was because I didn’t change the air filter she had told me was dirty. She said she could show me a picture of how it was filled with leaves and tons of dirt. She said when they put it back in with the leaves it must have gotten in the system. I asked her why she did tell me that when she just casually asked it I wanted it replaced. She didn’t have an answer. She just said I should get it changed. I hate going to this dealership. It’s ALWAYS an awful experience. More
Absolutely awful! I made an appointment for 7:30 am to allow maximum hours for my horn to be fixed while I was at work. I didn't receive a call all day so I called at 2pm only to be told that my car hadn't even been looked at, because they prioritize the customers who are waiting at the dealership. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he would personally go look at my car and call me back. When he called back, he confirmed that my horn was indeed broken and they did have the part but wouldn't have time that day to fix it! I'm so confused as to why I made an appointment in the first place. Not only did Parks not honor my appointment time, but they didn't call me with an update, and when I expressed my frustration, they got snippy with me. When I came to pick it up, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my car around. There wasn't one person I dealt with that day that tried to make the situation right, and this isn't the first time this has happened. We have 3 Hyundai vehicles and didn't buy any there and I never take them there for service. The only reason I did this time was because the horn is under warranty and I was hoping just one time, they would do a job well. I won't ever step foot on this property again. More

I felt really relaxed with Michael,He listened to what i needed. Looked up exactly what I told him i .could spend. Came in to Hyaundai with an issue where our newly purchased 2023 Tucson would refuse to turn off. The first two visits, minimal troubleshooting occurred and was told that a reset/replacement of the b purchased 2023 Tucson would refuse to turn off. The first two visits, minimal troubleshooting occurred and was told that a reset/replacement of the battery was the issue. The issue re-occurred almost immediately. I even provided a video to the Service Rep who told me “the engine is turning off but the screen is taking a few seconds to turn off”. This was clearly untrue as I was able to rev the motor when this happened. After the third return to the service center, the reps escalated to Hyaundai and had the car for two weeks to replace a Body Control module. The issue was still present. We ended up returning the vehicle to the location we purchased it as we had no confidence that the Hyaundai service center could fix the issue. More
