Levin was filling in for the person I was assigned, but did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and walking with me to the car for me to show him a low fluid container that I did not recognize in did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and walking with me to the car for me to show him a low fluid container that I did not recognize in my Hybrid. He also looked up the history on my tire purchase, so that my tire rotation was free. He called me when car was ready and got me in and out for my pickup. His service was as excellent as what Cody had provided on my prior service calls. I hope I can keep Levin as my future service provider. More
