Purchased a new Mustang I had worked recently with Ronnie Nesbitt previously when I had purchased a vehicle at another dealership. When I was ready to purchase my next vehic I had worked recently with Ronnie Nesbitt previously when I had purchased a vehicle at another dealership. When I was ready to purchase my next vehicle and heard he was working at Parks Ford of Gainesville, I knew my next vehicle would be a Mustang. I had given Ronnie the exact details of what I wanted and he searched diligently until finally finding the vehicle of my dreams. The best part is he even brought the car to me and we finalized the sale in my office so I wouldn't have to drive to the dealership. He brought along Jay Acevedo to show me the features in the car. Unfortunately we ran out of time, so Jay gave me his card and said come by or call any time if you have questions about anything in your new car. This is what I call service! Greg and Jackie and all the staff were very methodical and efficient in their explanation on the details of my new vehicle,and also clearing the paperwork that included switching titles,insurance with Donna Mann Agency of State Farm,etc. The technology since purchasing my 2006 Mercury Milan from Gainesville Lincoln-Ford-Mercury took giant leaps and bounds...literally! I drove away confident that I had made a good lease agreement and will definitely be back again in the future to up-grade my Lincoln MKZ. I would highly recommend both the sales & service dept's!
