He went out of his way to look for other cars, with options, in other dealers and offered to bring them in (in a dealer trade). He also negotiated up the price of our trade-in. We ended up getting a Lincoln hybrid with great mileage and a very safe, comfortable and reliable ride. They also have a great service department that I've used for years. I was investigating a few different vehicles so it took me about 5 days to make my decision on the 2015 Ford Escape.
