The visit that prompted this review was me bringing in my car after having had an oil consumption test. When I got home I noticed the splash guard was dragging on the ground so I returned to the dealership because I thought it was caused by someone doing the oil consumption test and accidentally dislogged it. When they went to video it ends up that it had already been dislodged. I'm grateful for the help from the mechanic and I offer my apology for insinuating that Park did anything wrong. Please pass that along. Ultimately it was fixed and I'm grateful for that More

We made a drop off appointment for 3PM arrived 5 minutes late and our service rep told us that he wasn’t ready for us and I was asked to wait. After 25 minutes, my husband came in to wait with me. We were n late and our service rep told us that he wasn’t ready for us and I was asked to wait. After 25 minutes, my husband came in to wait with me. We were not checked in for an additional 20 minutes (total wait of 45 minutes.) We were only helped when my husband approached him and asked when we would be helped. My car was left running in the service lane for the majority of this time since we came in for a battery replacement. Although we called before to ensure the price worked for us, additional services were added that we had to then have remove and they made my husband wait on site for the entirety of the 3 hour appointment because although they gave us quotes and timeline guarantees over the phone, nothing told to us could be honored. They couldn’t confirm anything we had been told (by the same person) the day before. He was never given an opportunity to leave although we scheduled a drop off, he was always told to wait “just a few more minutes” while they got the service quote in order, and was given the run around on the price multiple times. Truly awful customer service overall. More

On May 24, 2025 I purchased a used dodge caravan for an upcoming cross country trip to from Florida to Washington. I drove the van from the dealership to my home approximately 15 miles away and parked it i upcoming cross country trip to from Florida to Washington. I drove the van from the dealership to my home approximately 15 miles away and parked it in my garage for three weeks weeks while I returned to Washington. I flew back to Florida less than a month later to prepare for my trip and the air conditioning in the van did not work. Parks Ford Lincoln could not fix it until the middle of the following week, well after I needed to begin my drive to Washington. They offered to let me trade it in on another vehicle, and offered me $7000 less than I had paid for. I had driven it less than 20 miles. I took the van to my mechanic who determined the compressor was shot and needed to be replaced. Because of time constraints I had to trade the defective vehicle I was sold back. I lost thousands of dollars in the transaction because Parks Lincoln Ford sold me a vehicle with a bad compressor. Not only am I out a lot of money, Parks Lincoln Ford made what was already a stressful move so much worse. More
