Not trust worthy, kept putting down that I would need things done that I had already had done at that dealership, example they replaced my driving belt in May 2024 then in November 2024, January 2025, an things done that I had already had done at that dealership, example they replaced my driving belt in May 2024 then in November 2024, January 2025, and April 2025 tried to say I needed a new driving belt. Called the dealership and asked if there was something wrong with my belt. They said there was nothing wrong they were just not checking my vehicle history. Continued to recommend unnecessary services and also charged $299 for a diagnostic test for a sound my care made they misdiagnosed the issue saying it was a strut bearing when in fact it was a stick that was wedged against my tire. I had to go somewhere else to figure that out where they told me there was nothing wrong with my strut bearings. More

Service in the beginning showed some interest in gaining info on my visit but ultimately advised that parts were not available and had to reschedule which meant driving another trip requiring 50 miles. Cat info on my visit but ultimately advised that parts were not available and had to reschedule which meant driving another trip requiring 50 miles. Cat converter replacement took over five hours even with an early schedule time of 7Am. I cancelled some repairs that was told was necessary .e, sensors but engine did not a Indicate issues as described in the Hyundai Owners Manual. Accounting did not take action on charge card in the following 2 weeks as promised. More
