This dealership consistently looks after the customer. They went out of their way to deliver the vehicle back to me in a timely manner, even during a busy time. Worst service experience ever. I told them if they needed to order a part that I would bring my truck back when the part came. They said it wouldn’t take very long and asked if I told them if they needed to order a part that I would bring my truck back when the part came. They said it wouldn’t take very long and asked if they could keep the truck there. I figured that would be fine if it was only a couple of days. Eight days later — after many calls because I had to deal with someone different every day — I get a call saying they had ordered the wrong door handle and the problem didn’t get fixed. If I say I need my truck back, just give it back. Mistakes happen. But they made it far worse by telling me it would be done, then taking extra days, then screwing up. I won’t be back. More

Just an oil change took over 2 hours. I came back to pick up my vehicle because I knew the service department was about to close. They showed me my car in the back, that no one was workin I came back to pick up my vehicle because I knew the service department was about to close. They showed me my car in the back, that no one was working on, and told me it would be done ‘soon.’ 15 minutes after the department closed my vehicle was done. Those 15 minutes might have been when the actual oil change took place. More
