I do recall we did offer you a few different solutions. I know we even offered to bring the vehicle to you after we did the repairs seeing you live 40 miles away. That being said there is no excuse for the lack of follow up on our behalf. We made a few mistakes. It is never our intention to deliver nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction.
