I purchased a jeep Cherokee from your location in August and it came with 4 oil changes (the one with the works, tire rotation, etc.) and had no problems when I went for the first one a couple months ago. This time I didn't get my tires rotated because I was told my lug bolts would 'crack' or 'break' if tires were rotated. I was not told about this previously nor should I feel they should be faulty. My tires were not rotated and I declined a $500 service for new lug bolts. The plastic floor mat and some other trash I guess the techs use was also not disposed of. I've been coming to you guys for years with multiple cars and it seems inconsistent and sloppy compared to my initial visits. I would like more info on the lug nut issue. More
