Well, Parks Ford still has my car unfixed for an entire year, and I'm constantly being lied to. Every time I talk to Levin he tells me some excuse on when my car will be ready or it's a new problem. My war year, and I'm constantly being lied to. Every time I talk to Levin he tells me some excuse on when my car will be ready or it's a new problem. My warranty company has already paid Ford for repairs that have never happened. I'm sure that other things are wrong with my car by now because of how long it's been sitting on your lot. Not sure if I will come out as a satisfied customer or not. Thanks for asking. More

The wait time was longer than quoted (1. 5hrs vs. 1 hr). The appointment I made was for a new car maintenance and oil change. When I arrived the appointment was not made for a new car (tried 5hrs vs. 1 hr). The appointment I made was for a new car maintenance and oil change.
