Air bag recall I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape and chose Parks Ford to work on the vehicle. I received an air bag recall letter stipulating that the vehicle I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape and chose Parks Ford to work on the vehicle. I received an air bag recall letter stipulating that the vehicle needed to go back to the dealer. On the first appointment the internet at the dealership was down, so they could not download the necessary data. On the second appointment, the necessary data was downloaded and I was told everything was fine. Several days later, the air bag light came on. I had the vehicle at the dealership 4 times before Will Smith told me he would order the recalled part for the vehicle. I had spoken to a variety of Parks Ford personnel and had been promised calls back, which never came. Will Smith called a week after the last appointment and advised that the part had arrived and I made an appointment to bring the vehicle in on 7/11/15. I dropped the vehicle off and Will said it would be about 2 1/2 hours before the vehicle was ready. He was pretty much right on the money with his time estimate and I received a call stating the vehicle was ready to be picked up. My opinion of the dealership up to this time was not a good one, however; Will Smith has changed my mind. He handled himself very professionally and actually carried through with the promises that he had made. I was ready to seek another dealer for my service needs and probably would gave had it not been for Will Smith. Thanks Will for resolving a problem that had existed for the past 10 months. More

Outstanding Dealership! I purchased a new Ford Explorer today from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. The entire experience was outstanding. As soon as I got out of my car, I was I purchased a new Ford Explorer today from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. The entire experience was outstanding. As soon as I got out of my car, I was greeted with a cheery hello by Duber Garzon who introduced himself as one of the sales managers and then introduced me to Robert Stephens who would be my sales representative. Duber explained that he would continue to stay involved throughout the process. I spent quite a bit of time with Robert Stephens who showed me the cars on the lot that met my requirements and compared the different options on the vehicles. I then test drove one of the vehicles. Robert was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very patient and happily answered my many questions. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. Robert was truly a pleasure to work with and is an excellent representative for Parks Ford. Duber was also wonderful to work with as we crunched the numbers to come up with something that worked for me as well as the dealership so we could close the deal. I then met with Paul Stokes in the finance department to go over and sign all of the paperwork. Paul did a terrific job going through the process very efficiently so I could leave with my new Explorer. All of the employees I passed at the dealership smiled and said hello. The showroom is a very pleasant environment. During my time at the dealership they offer water and snacks several times. Parks Ford is a first class dealership as are Robert, Duber, and Paul. Thank you gentlemen for all you did to make this such a great experience. More

Glad I met her face to face and she was just as pleasant and smiling! Then came Will. God bless him as he did his homework! Will is in service dept. As I opened the door to go in, Will popped out to me and welcomed me by name accompanied by a smile! A+ Will! He also was very good to follow through on my vehicle as it was being serviced and update me with facts. Now, I have to add Ellis! Ellis is the Parts and Service Director. Normally at that position in the company a director might be like the Great and Powerful Oz hiding behind the curtain but not Ellis! He runs an open door shop and was very happy to speak with me several times. The customer is his priority as well as his staff. For everyone I met there to be so pleasant and happy, I know it flows from the top down. I also want to give kudos that your sales people can take turns in this heat to not be outside all day. That shows how your company respects those working for you. Ellis, thank you for everything and for a fantastic group of service men and women. While I was in the waiting room, Donna offered snack and drinks to me which was very nice and appreciated. She was willing to do anything for the customers. THEN, there is Jamil!! As I was heading out to my car, Jamil came to open the door for me, take my keys and bag and help me to my vehicle, opened the door for me and I was very impressed with his politeness. Jamil, never lose that quality because it is a gem for men to have now adays. What woman or customer would not appreciate your smile and polite ways. Thank you. Oh, this dealership washed the outside of my car after service was complete! I'd say that's a lot to be thankful for today. One of my personal sayings is that it is nice to be nice. Satisfied!! With much hesitation and doubt entering a dealership, I was reassured immediately from Sales Consultant, Rich Jodway and Sales Manager, Frank Lacey. I not only traded in my Ford vehicle and bought a new Ford vehicle, but met again with Frank, a long time friend of my father and met new acquaintances. Along with Carlos Gonzalez, everyone was very helpful in my understanding and working through all avenues involved with such an important purchase. I am entirely grateful for all the time and extra effort Rich offered me. As a single woman faced with such decisions and preparing myself as much as I could, Rich made it easier. I know I will enjoy my new car and I won't hesitate to contact Rich, Frank, or Carlos if I have any questions at all. I can't stress strongly enough how friendly and knowledgeable this dealership is. I bought my car new and will not consider taking it anywhere else. Great experience buying a new truck!!! Upon arriving at the dealership I met the sales man Robert Stephens. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the truck. He knew every detail about what made ford products the best. He asked all the right questions about what I was looking for and made the decision very easy. He took as much time as needed and even offered and took me on several test drives. He went through almost every truck on the lot and showed me what each model had and the explained the different features from engine and transmission to interior seating. Something other sales people would never do. He took his time and explained every feature on the truck as well as features that are offered on other models . I have bought many cars over the years but he sold me on a Ford and I love my new truck. He is a awesome associate for Parks ford. I will be back to see him for my wife's next car!! Most of all Robert treated me like a friend and truly cares about his customers!! The dealership lets you shop at ease and I never felt sales pressure to buy, just a willing staff who just wanted to help me as a customer!! More

Bad timing I found a truck that sounded interesting to me online and called Parks Ford to arrange to see it. It was almost a two hour drive from my home but it I found a truck that sounded interesting to me online and called Parks Ford to arrange to see it. It was almost a two hour drive from my home but it seemed worth it. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we arrived so a close inspection of the vehicle was impossible. Ricky was very personable and tried to be helpful but the paperwork seemed to take forever. We waited and waited and finally the finance person took us to his office. By the time we were through with finance it was late, we were exhausted and still faced a two hour drive home so we didn't take the time to have the systems in the truck explained. I am in the process of perusing the owners manual now (VERY boring reading). All in all I am satisfied with the service I received from Parks and would recommend them to others... TIP: Don't buy a vehicle in the rain! More
